Top Notch will meet with you, measure your home and proposed deck, then using AUTO CAD do a drawing of the deck for you. Once the drawing is approved Top Noch can then do a proposal based on the agreed design. If you approve the proposal the drawing can be sent to an engineer for a structural stamp. Stamped plans can then be submitted to the building department for a permit.
